Winter Regular Line

1. The travelers must be at the pick-up point 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. EBA-Eurobus shall not take responsibility in case the traveler misses the transfer.

2. EBA-Eurobus will always attempt to run the service on a strict schedule, but, at times, delays can be faced during the service, due to unexpected traffic jam and other external factors. In such cases, any delay within an hour is considered normal for the shared shuttle transfer service.

3. EBA-Eurobus may occasionally require the passengers to change vehicles during the shuttle. Taking into account that this is a normal act for all shared transfers.

4. EBA-Eurobus reserves the right to change the type of vehicle used for all transfers, different vehicles with the capacity of accommodating travelers from 2 to 50, represented in minivans, minibuses or coaches, as well as smaller vehicles.

5. For hygienic reasons, the honor of other travelers on board and the vehicles' protection, pets are not allowed to transfer through EBA-Eurobus service. Otherwise, arranging this service of pets\’ travel is acceptable during our private transfers.

6. EBA-Eurobus and all its entitled employees, reserve the right to refuse to transport any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behavior is deeming a threat to the driver.

7. Each traveller has the right of having only two pieces of luggage (1 piece of checked baggage up to 25 kg and 1 handbag) and a ski or snowboard bag which must be specified while submitting the booking. Any extra baggage must be declared at the time of booking.

8. EBA-Eurobus will take all reasonable precautions when uploading and transporting the baggage; However, the Company will not be held accountable for losing baggage/items or damage in transit. The travelers are strongly recommended to check the terms of their travel insurance policy.

9. Refund requests, cancellation notifies must be submitted by e-mail to booking@eba-eurobus.com. Free cancellation policy is applied when the cancellation request is received more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure. The cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are not eligible for the company's refunds.

10. EBA-Eurobus reserves the right to cancel a settled shared transfer or change travelers' schedule to join other passengers on another timing. In case of canceling the shared transfer service, the traveler will be informed 24 hours in advance. The ticket's paid amount will be refunded in full. Alternatively, a private transfer on a special cost can be proposed to the client.

11. Any customer who books and submits a reservation with EBA-Eurobus will be automatically entered in its database. With the confirmation of the customer, EBA-Eurobus may use their data to contact the customer or send promotions.

12. The applicable law to the transportation contract determines the other cases where the transporter is relieved of his liability. The Swiss legal system shall apply to the present Terms and Conditions and in the event of a dispute between EBA-Eurobus Genève SA and the Customer/Traveler.

EBA-Eurobus Genève SA operates only at its headquarters, Avenue Wendt 6 - CP 474 - 1214 Vernier, respectively. By accepting the present Terms and Conditions, the Traveler accepts that the legal venue is before the courts of Geneva's canton who have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to possible recourse to the Federal Supreme Court.
